STRESS MANAGEMENT TRAINING
David A. Singer, M.Ed., offers STRESS MANAGEMENT TRAINING for adults
and children, 8 years of age and older. The ultimate goal of this
training and reinforcement
approach is to identify the issues and introduce the client to various
straightforward options and techniques for providing constructive
coping skills.
The theory behind this approach is that the symptoms and complaints which one “lives with” have - over time - become a habitual pattern, ingrained into one’s life-style. Clearly, we often “trade in” one addictive pattern for another – and we have the ability to change these patterns.
Individual, Family & Group Consultations
and Training:
David A. Singer, M.Ed., NGH, will gladly schedule private consultations
at his Freehold, New Jersey office, by appointment. For the confidentiality
of such contacts, emailing is discouraged, phone contact welcomed
– twenty-four/seven. Most calls are returned during the same day.
David Singer’s services are considered “education”, and not “treatment”,
and are not billable to third party insurance carriers. Generous and
flexible sliding-scale fees are offered to all clients, groups, and
families. Most in-person sessions are between 50 and 60 minutes in
length.

Nationwide Telephone Services
Also by appointment, David Singer offers Nationwide Telephone
Consultations designed to meet the needs of those who find
it difficult to attend sessions.
We provide services for individuals who are 18 or older. Individuals
under the age of 18 must provide parental consent or authorization.
Fees: An initial consultation of 15 minutes or less
is offered at no charge. During that discussion, one or more Telephone
Consultations are scheduled, in 15 or 30 minute increments. The fee
charged is $35.00 per 15-minute increment or $70.00 per half-hour.
Appointment times made are not refundable without a minimum 24-hour
notice, as professional time is being purchased and cannot be recovered.
If another client can be scheduled to replace the lost time for your
session, the amount of your charge will be fully refunded to your
credit card.
